Rich Ingrassia is Managing Director of the media/technology sector practice. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the analysis of the media and entertainment industry. Prior to joining Digital Offering, Rich was a Senior Research Analyst at ROTH Capital Partners for 11 years, where he supported more than US$1 billion in equity financings and was among the first to cover companies such as Netflix, IMAX and aQuantive. Before ROTH, Rich was a strategy consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Los Angeles, where he advised senior management on issues of market development, organization and operations. Prior to PwC, Rich was Research Analyst at Paul Kagan Associates, concentrating in motion picture production, distribution, exhibition and home entertainment. He has written and published numerous financial newsletters and research reports, has appeared on CNBC and Bloomberg TV and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Investor’s Business Daily, USA Today and Forbes. Rich has a B.A. magna cum laude in Economics and Statistics from the University of Notre Dame, and an M.S. in Journalism and Publishing from Northwestern University.
